Michael Mastrogiovanni

Michael Mastrogiovanni has lived in the Tampa Bay area for over 35 years with his family. His career started out in the medical field where he worked as an administrator for over a decade eventually acquiring ownership of several assisted living facilities. Like many working professionals, Michael went to college at night while working full time during the day. He obtained his A.A. degree with honors from St. Petersburg Junior College in 2000, his B.A. degree Cum Laude from University of South Florida in 2002 and went on to attend Stetson University College of Law graduating in 2004.

Upon graduation, Michael was hired by the State Attorney’s Office for the 6th Judicial Circuit in Pinellas County where he gained invaluable experience while handling hundreds of DUI, domestic violence and county court cases, including many jury trials. During his tenure at the State Attorney’s Office, Michael was sought out by a large law firm where he handled criminal defense, DUI defense, civil litigation and social security disability law. The offices were located in Clearwater, New Port Richey and Spring Hill and he handled cases in Pinellas, Pasco, Hernando, Hillsborough, Sumter, Citrus and Polk counties.

Volunteering is not uncommon for Michael, and has handled numerous pro bono cases during his career and continues to give back to the community. His memberships and affiliations include:

Steven K. Jonas

Steven has resided in the Tampa Bay area for over 33 years. He attended River Ridge High School in New Port Richey. He attended college at Stetson University in Deland, Florida where he received a Bachelor of Business Administration. He then completed his Master of Business Administration while attending Stetson University College of Law, where he received his Juris Doctor. Steven was admitted to The Florida Bar in 2000.

Steven worked in a commercial litigation firm in the Tampa Bay area. He specialized in collections, subrogation, and small claims trials. After gaining experience, Steven began working for a foreclosure firm in the Tampa Bay area where he handled many complex foreclosure cases. Steven was selected by the firm to manage their title company. As a manager, he was responsible for all closings. In 2002, Steven began his own law firm, Steven K. Jonas, PA. In 2003, Steven established Florida Abstract & Title, LLC. Both companies were originally located in Hillsborough County prior to their current location in New Port Richey.

Volunteering is important to Steven; he has worked on many pro bono cases throughout his career. Steven also believes in the importance of giving back to the community. His memberships and affiliations have included:
